Section 374(1)(vi) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(vi)Any member who fails to attend the meetings of the Committee for a period extending over more than one year, may be removed from the committee with the approval of the President. Otherwise no member shall be removed from the office without the sanction of the Inspectress of Schools.
