Section 1 in Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010.(2)It shall extend to whole of the State except Sections 13, 14 and 20 which shall extend only to such places and areas which are tourist areas or tourist destinations or heritage sites.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
