Section 51(4) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(4)The method of selection and appointment, remuneration, terms and conditions of service of teaching and non-teaching employees of the University not already laid down in this Act, shall be, as prescribed by the statutes and ordinances.
