Section 11 in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
11. Exemption.
- Appointment under these rules are exempted from observance of the following requirements: -(a)recruitment without the agency of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission or the Employment Exchange.(b)ban on filling up of posts by direct recruitment issued by the Finance Department, if any, from time to time.
