Section 13(1) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(1)A shop-keeper or an employer shall maintain a register either in Form I or in Form 1(1) as the shop-keeper or employer may choose showing the daily hours of actual work and hours of rest against the name of each employee and also the hours of opening and closing of such shop or establishment, as the case may be.
