35. Minutes.
(1)Record shall be kept of the names of members who attend the meeting and of the proceedings of the meeting in a book to be maintained for the purpose by the member-Secretary.(2)[ The Minutes of the previous meeting shall be circulated with the Agenda at the beginning of every succeeding meetings. The minutes shall be confirmed and signed by the Presiding Officer at such meeting.] [Substituted by Notification dated 18-2-1981, w.e.f. 16-4-1981.](3)The proceeding shall be open to inspection by any member at the Office of the Board during office hours.
