Section 3(2) in Andhra Pradesh Core Digital Data Authority (Effective Delivery of e-Services) Act, 2017
(2)The Core Data Collection Agency (CDCA) shall, at the time of collecting the core data, inform the core entity or the owner thereof,as the case may be, of the following details in such manner as may be specified by regulations, namely:-(a)the manner in which the data shall be used;(b)the nature of recipients with whom the data is intended to be shared;and(c)the existence of a right to access the data, the procedure for making requests for such access, and details of the person or department in-charge to whom such requests can be made.
