362. Power of Corporation to make regulations.
(1)The Corporation may make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, for discharging its functions under this Act.(2)No regelation made by the Corporation under this Act shall have any validity unless and until it is approved by the State Government(3)Before approving any such regulation, the State Government may modify it.
