Section 11(2) in The Tamil Nadu Regulation of Admission in Professional Courses Act, 2006
(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such Regulations may provide for all or any of the following matter namely:-(a)Regulating the constitution and working and terms and conditions of the Common Entrance test and for Admission into any Professional Degree Course.(b)Regulating the eligibility of admission, manner of admission incidental or ancillary matters thereof.(c)Any other matter which has to be, or may be, prescribed with the prior approval of the State Government.
