Section 156(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)The managing committee of an aided school may, with the previous approval of the Director, also invite voluntary contributions from the parents or guardians of the construction of any building for the school or its hotel [or for the extension of any such building or hotel] [Added by The Delhi School Education ((Amendment) Rules, 1990 (w.e.f. 23.2.1990).].
