108. Maps and other records open to inspection.
- Subject to such rules and on payment of such fees, if any, as may be prescribed, all maps and land records shall, subject to such restriction as may be imposed, be open to inspection by the public during office hours, and certified extracts therefrom or certified copies thereof may be given to all persons applying for the same.
