5. Superannuation of teachers of other Universities serving on extension from before the commencement of these Statutes
. - (1) This Statute shall apply to the teachers of Universities other than the University of Allahabad.(2)Every teacher of the University who, on the date of commencement of these Statutes, was serving on extension, beyond the age of superannuation specified in Statute 3, and such extension was granted before the date of such commencement, shall retire on the expiry of the period of extension in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes and Ordinances then in force, but he shall not be entitled to avail the new scale of pay.
