Section 6(2) in The West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1956.
(2)No person shall publish or cause to be published in any newspaper or otherwise any advertisement -(a)for the purchase by any person of any furniture ; or(b)for payment of any sum exceeding one month's rent in advance except with the previous permission of the Controller;as a condition for the letting of any premises.
