(b)The remaining such substantive vacancies shall be filled by selection in the manner specified in Part V of these rules from amongst those substantively borne on the cadre of Sub- Treasury Officers, Auditors, Divisional Accountants, Treasury Accountants, and Superintendents of Accounts in the Departments of Food & Civil Supplies and Transport under the Government of Mizoram in consonance with their respective Recruitment Rules framed by the Government.
