Section 13(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975
(1)Members of Class B and Class C in section 12 above shall hold office for a term of four years from the date on which their names are published in the Official Gazette:Provided that the term of office of the outgoing members shall extend to and expire, on the day immediately preceding the date on which the names of their successors are published in the Official Gazette.
