Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Veterinary Council Rules, 1988
(1)Any person desiring to retain his name in the State Veterinary register shall pay to the State Council every five years a registration renewal fee of Rs. 15/- before the 1st day April of the year in which his registration renewal falls due.
