Section 21 in The Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015
21. Application for registration.
(1)Every person who desires to have his name entered in the register shall submit to the Registrar an application in the prescribed form in the prescribed manner.(2)The Council may, on being satisfied that a person is qualified for registration under section 20, direct that his name be entered in the register, and the Registrar shall thereupon make necessary entries in the register and grant him a certificate of registration.
