- 84.1 The Jharkhand Planning Standards and Building Bye Laws 2002 with all its amendments, any other building byelaws framed under Mineral Area Development Authority Act Industrial Area Development Authority Act and associated executive orders are hereby repealed.84.2Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the bye laws so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these bye laws;
