Section 15 in The State Apprenticeship Council Rules, 1976
15. Explanation.
- In this notification, unless the context otherwise requires:(a)"Act" means the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (Central Act 51 of 1961) as amended by the Amendment Act, 1973.(b)"Council" means the State Apprenticeship Council established under sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Act.(c)"Chairman" means the Chairman of the State Apprenticeship Council.(d)"Members" means a member of the State Apprenticeship Council.(e)"Secretary" means the Secretary to the State Apprenticeship Council.
