Section 11(1) in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, rules and regulations made thereunder, the general superintendence, direction and management of the affairs of the Pradhikaran shall vest with the Chief Executive Officer.
