Section 51(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)The Head of Office shall write to the Estate Officer concerned at least 2 years before the anticipated date of retirement of the Employee who is in occupation of Commission's accommodation (hereinafter referred to as allottee) for the issue of a "No Demand Certificate" in respect of the period preceding a months of the retirement of the allottee.
