Section 24(1) in Rajasthan Animal Husbandry Service Rules, 1963
(1)As soon as it is decided that a certain number of posts shall be filled by promotion [on the basis of Seniority-cum- merit.] [Inserted by Rajasthan vide Notification No. F. 1(6) Apptts./D/60, dated 14.12.1965.], the Director shall prepare a correct and complete list containing names not exceeding five times the number of vacancies out of the senior most members of the Service who are qualified under the rules, for promotion to the class of posts considered. He shall forward this list alongwith their confidential rolls and personal files to the Secretary to the Government in the Animal Husbandry Department. When a vacancy of the post of Director is to be filled this list shall be prepared by the Secretary to the Government in the Animal Husbandry Department.
