(2)The Duplicate and Triplicate copy of every Bill, Cash Memo or Voucher shall be retained by the licensee and the original copy(a)in the case of a Bill or Cash-Memo, sh.all be given to the purchaser; and(b)in the case of a Voucher shall be given to the owner of the Trophy.
