Section 17(2) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(2)Every person employed praying for leave referred to in sub-rule (1) shall intimate to the shop-keeper or the employer concerned his address, during the period of leave and if there is any change of the address, the shop-keeper or the employer, as the case may be, shall be informed within three days of such change.
