Section 1 in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These bye-laws may be called the Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010;(2)These Bye-laws will be applicable in the area covered by the administrative jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation of (Name of the city......................) in Chhattisgarh;(3)These bye-laws will come into force, subsequent to notification by the Government, from the date of their adoption by the Corporation under sub-section (2) of Section 432-A and/or sub-section (3) of Section 432 of the Act, as applicable.
