28A. Inherent powers of Officers.
- In addition to the powers specified in the Act and rules:(a)The Inspector General, Registration shall have all the powers of an Additional Inspector General. Registration, a District Registrar and a Deputy Inspector General Registration.(b)The Additional Inspector General, Registration shall have all the powers of a Dy. Inspector General Registration and Sub-Registrar.(c)The District Registrar shall have all the powers of a Dy. Inspector General.
