2. Despite the fact that the Administrator was appointed to take charge of the Institute, the respondent herein ie., the DEO has appointed someone in the post by violating the order of this Court dated 31.07.208 in TR.C.S.No.741 of 2017 and A.No.1695 of 2018.
3. In affidavit filed before this Court, she has explained the circumstances under which such posting was ordered. She also sated that she has utmost respect to learned Administrator.
4. She tendered apology in para 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit and reiterated her unconditional apology.

5. Since unconditional apology is tendered by her and she is also retired from service and also taking note of the family situation pleaded by her in the counter affidavit, this Court is of the view that no further action is required.
6. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
