Section 101(3) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(3)The Committee referred to in sub-section (2) shall comprise of thefollowing:-(a)State Election Commissioner, who shall be the ex officio Chairman;(b)a retired district Judge;(c)a retired civil servant not below the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India;(d)two civil society members nominated by the Administrator.
