Section 24(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)The candidates for examination for a First Class Certificate and a Second Class Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer shall pay a fee of eight hundred rupees and six hundred rupees, respectively, which shall not except as otherwise provided in these rules, be refundable.
