(a)These rules may be called the Nilgiris Fishing Rules, 1966.(b)They shall apply to the waters within the area specified in Schedule I to these rules;(c)These rules shall remain in force for a period of fifteen to twenty seven years from the date of the publication in the Official Gazette.
