Section 38(1) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
(1)Allotment of accommodation may be considered for temporary status employees working in eligible offices who have been awarded temporary status under the provisions of the "Casual Labourers (Grant of Temporary Status and Regularisation) Scheme of the Government of India, 1993:Provided that such temporary status employee must have rendered service as temporary status for at least three years and is in receipt of House Rent Allowance as per the relevant rules eligible for accommodation.
