Section 11(2) in The Assam Accounts Service Rules, 1963
(2)A member, on Training shall be liable to be discharged from the service-(a)if he fails to make sufficient use of the opportunities given during the training or otherwise fails to give satisfaction during or at the end of the period of training;(b)if he fails to pass the Departmental Examination in three consecutive chances re-examination in the subject or subjects in which he failed.
