(2)The method of recruitment and the terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees shall be such as may be prescribed.Explanation.For the purposes of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2), the expression "officers and employees" does not include the Chairperson or the Member-Secretary or any other Member of the Authority.
