Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [the Andhra Pradesh Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002] [Substituted 'the Andhra Pradesh private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002' by Act No. 37 of 2006, dated 22.9.2006.].(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
