The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner has tendered the draft amendments and seeks to amend the Revocation Petition No.74 of 1998 in Probate Petition No.653 of 1990 and join the heirs of the deceased Disha Ranjit Bijoor as party Respondents to the said Petition. The draft amendments are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Advocate appearing for the Petitioner is allowed to amend the Petition in terms of draft amendments marked 'X'. Amendments to be carried out on or before 11th March, 2019. The Learned Advocate appearing for Ranjit Bijoor and Darsh Bijoor who are represented by Advocate Mesta states that they have no objection/grievance qua the Will dated 26 th June, 1990 and the Probate in respect of the said Will granted by this Court on 2nd January, 1995.
