Section 13(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)The University is allowed to open campus / off campus / study center of the University and to affiliate and to recognize any college or institution in any State of India subject to the permission and extension of jurisdiction of the University through notification by the respective receiving State subject to observance of all relevant laws, rules and regulations of controlling institutions in this regard.
