Section 2(ii) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(ii)"Council" means the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Punjab, constituted under Section 3 by the State Government for carrying out the purposes of the Act.
