Section 30(c) in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
(c)A vessel aground shall exhibit in addition to the lights prescribed in paragraph (a) or (b), where they can best be seen(i)Two all round red lights in a vertical line.(ii)Three balls in a vertical line by day.
