An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board Act,2007.Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventy - third year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short Title.

This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (Amendment)Act, 2022.

2. Amendment of Section 10

In Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board Act,2007 (No.24 of 2007),for clause (b),the following clauses shall be substituted, namely :
(b)to develop the selection systems and/or conduct selection process in respect of the appointments which are outside the purview of the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission , being made by the State Government,Central Government,public sector undertakings, semi-Government institutions and to conduct such selection on their request:
(c)to undertake such activities with prior approval of the State Government which will help young students for preparation of various entrance and recruitment examinations;
(d)to conduct such activities with prior approval of the State Government, for infrastructure development of various colleges and educational institutions of the State in the interest of students.
