Section 280(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Every employer shall maintain such records and registers showing the particulars of the building workers and the beneficiaries among them as may be directed by the Board from time to time.
