280. Maintenance and production of records and registers.
(1)Every employer shall maintain such records and registers showing the particulars of the building workers and the beneficiaries among them as may be directed by the Board from time to time.(2)Every employer shall produce the record and registers and make them available for inspection and scrutiny whenever so required by the Secretary or any other officer authorized by him.
