Section 36(2) in The Rajasthan Economiser Rules, 1959
(2)Attendance during hearing of appeal.-Under order of the Chief Inspector an Inspector shall attend before the Chief Inspector or the Appellate Authority, during the hearing of an appeal with regard to an economiser under his charge.
