Section 63(ii) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)If an officer is transferred while on leave, full joining time is admissible irrespective of the date of receipt of orders. If an officer joins before the expiry of such leave the period of leave not availed of shall be canceled.
