Section 89(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)If any question arise as to whether any person has been duly elected or appointed as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or another body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision shall be final and binding under all circumstances.
