12. Withdrawal of Certificates, Diploma etc.
- The Governing and Academic Councils shall have the power to withdraw a Certificate or a Diploma or a Degree or any other academic distinction, including an honorary degree of academic distinction granted to or conferred upon, a student or an eminent person, for good and sufficient reasons to be enumerated in the regulations. The Councils shall follows the same procedure followed for awarding honorary degrees.
