Section 256 in The United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939
256. Place of sitting of Revenue Court
. - (1) The Board may sit for the disposal of cases under this Act at the headquarters of any district.(2)Every other Revenue Court shall sit for the disposal of such cases as provided in Section 189 of the United Provinces Land Revenue Act, 1901.
