61. Amendment of Section 78.
- In Section 78 of the said Code -(a)for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely -"(a) subject to the provisions of clause (dd) of sub-section (1) of Section 76 of this Code, every person who was an asami immediately before the date of commencement of this Code;".(b)in Hindi version, in clause (b), for the words ^^vlkeh ds :i esa dksbZ Hkwfe Lohdkj dh x;h gks the words ^^vlkeh Lohdkj fd;k x;k gks shall be substituted.
