Section 18(1) in The Maharashtra Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964
(1)Every non-official member of a Committee shall hold office for a period of three years commencing on the date of his appointment but shall continue in office until his successor is duly appointed :Provided that, the Slate Government may extend the said period by a further period not exceeding twelve months, as it may decide.
