Section 50(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)When a duplicate conductor's licence is issued under rules 47, 48 and 49 of these rules, it shall be clearly stamped, "duplicate" in red ink and shall be marked with the date of issue of the duplicate and the seal of the licensing authority.
