Section 62(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)Each voter when enters the polling station, the Presiding Officer, or the Polling Officer authorized by him in this behalf shall check the voter's name and the other particulars with the relevant entries in the electoral roll and then call out the serial number, name and other particulars of the voter.
